By and large, it is the absolute go-to site for ANY kind of local bartering. From sailboats to jobs.
It's incumbent on the purchaser to perform their own due diligence analysis on potential sellers/employers.
Go to the craigslist for your community, and count how many jobs were posted *today*. (Eliminate the obvious work-from-home scams, of course).
