Heroin, LSD, (currently) marijuana among others
Schedule 2 is “narcotics”: most pain medications and ADHD medications are this
There’s also 3-5 which is mainly based on potential for abuse and addiction
(Fun fact: you’ll never see it in a pharmacy but cocaine is schedule 2. It apparently has a specific medical purpose for a specific type of surgery. “ Topical cocaine is sometimes used as a local numbing agent and vasoconstrictor to help control pain and bleeding with surgery of the nose, mouth, throat or lacrimal duct. Although some absorption and systemic effects may occur, the use of cocaine as a topical anesthetic and vasoconstrictor is generally safe, rarely causing cardiovascular toxicity, glaucoma, and pupil dilation.”
