An employee starting fights and causing legal headaches with senior management because his feelings were hurt is a failure of management.

Jack Perry acting like a tween drama king and getting into a fight before the biggest moment in company history…failure of management.

Revenue doesn’t excuse shitty personnel management. And TK is not running his company, CM Punk is.
