It's a great location, but ultimately it's a grilled fish place and I'm sure there are others that are just as good (though this one is right where

The things I'd really recommend trying in Santorini (because you can really only get them there) are the tomatoes and the fava.
The volcanic soil and the dryness (the only water they get is from the morning dew) make the tomatoes intensely flavourful. The fava are these creamy lentils that are used as a meze dip.
The local wines are really good as well. They are available in Toronto, so I expect you also can get them in London.
