Can Congress step in here and make things right or is this out of their control and we're stuck with this awful realignment?

I know Congress sucks like 99% of the time but all of these schools moving needs to be fixed. We can't have schools on the coasts traveling across the country week after week.
This is such a bad idea and so bad for the student athletes.
