a friend of mine is seeing a new guy. she says they "have a sex issue" in that whenever the dude goes to put the condom on, flaccidity will suddenly strike. since everything is apparently fine up to that point, I figure it's all in his head. my recommendation was just keep going it'll come back eventually, or basically assault him and don't give him the time to think about it. or grind up some viagra and slip it in his food.
