I am trying to think what my perspective would be if Erik or Don Junior were the ones being charged.

While I hope I would be able to maintain my current "who fucking cares" stance, I strongly suspect my actual response would be along the lines of the gravity falls "get him! get him!" guy. But still not actually caring.
