A US military official estimated 8 weeks until heavy rains start. There will be fighting through the winter if last winter was any indication.

Not only are some Ukrainian pilots progressing through F-16 training, I read a couple days ago that a group passed introductory training on the Swedish Gripens fighter.
Sweden is now going to begin debating giving them some of their Gripens fighter jets.
