Speaking of houses. My son is buying a home in MI.

He and his girlfriend have put in an offer. She's looking to start an in home daycare business. He's purchasing solo (at least AFAIK and I've certainly recommended that as they aren't married). They've apparently checked with a lawyer about any issues with that plan and have none.
