It greatly depends on the building. Some have many more apartments than others, some have much wealthier tenants, etc. I talk with a lot of doormen -- (edited)

and if they're in a big building with good tenants they can bring home anywhere form $8k-$12k. I've known guys that have gone home with $30k+ and others that get just $1k or less.
It's usually $100 per apartment but some go as low as $20 and some give much more.
