How about drivers who think that getting up to 40 mph in the acceleration lane of an on-ramp is sufficient to merge into a 75 mph flow?

Got stuck behind slowpokes twice last week.

word. My commute on ramp has been completed for a couple weeks now and it has been the case at least half the time.
