huh, my property taxes went up by 65% this year. based on what they think you could rent the place for, and apparently that's gone up 106% since the

last valuation in 2020. property taxes are pretty low here though, so it's not a huge dollar value increase. more mildly irritating than anything else. I need to slightly alter my budget.
