is going to expend on expansion of both parks. It's saying it feels the company is financially sound enough to afford the expansion,but it could affect the forecasts made in the report. Also, the itemized list of things disclosed is just a catchall of potentialities and not anything that has actually happened. Sorry, if that isn't what you're actually asking to clarify.
