I agree. However, I posted this particular story because it finally caught on to a trend I've noticed over the past couple months.

There were a lot of complaints from Russian bloggers about Ukraine gaining the upper hand in artillery battles. And other things that showed that the rate of fire of Russian artillery had slowed down.
I try not to post material uncritically.
