That's the problem -- too many teams have better back-ups than the rookie(s) they're trying out.

Colts should be playing Minshew
Atlanta probably should be playing Heinecke.
Only in American sports, can you hold fans hostage with a knowingly awful product in the hopes things improve so you can raise their season ticket prices
