He might get re-elected, but the House can still remove him. And there is a group of House R's waiting for the Ethics Committee investigation to end. -- (edited)

To do just that -- bring a vote to the floor to remove him from his seat.

Or, if he's removed, maybe he'll just run for Florida governor.
