That's really a question for the offensive line. I expect (in most circumstances) that an O-line should be able to get anyone a yard. I agree with

the Kelce's that 3 or 4th and 1 unless the O-line gets a huge push, it isn't happening for most people. But it's all really on the offensive line. I don't think the average person is beating the average defensive player in a one on one situation and they certainly aren't going to out push them.
