I just genuinely like the guy. :-) Anyone with that amount of verve and enthusiasm for weather, and concerned enough to look out for folks, is someone to be appreciated.
I'd rather get my weather reports from Frankie for the same reasons that I'd rather have Margo Robbie explain mortgage-backed bonds: they both make the topic far more interesting.
