As of last September, Chicago business media was supporting that he still owns the Trump Tower + Hotel.

Based on government records I could find online (the Illinois Revenue Department + Illinois Secretary of State), it appears that Trump's network of companies still owns it. But it's tough to tell now.
So, at the very least, I haven't yet found any information or evidence to disprove my hypotheses about ownership.
