Looking at that kid's delivery I posted yesterday...he's having to go deeper into that Inverted W to get the 2-3 mph necessary to be special.

that's the warning sign for a TJS, but at 98mph, he plays. At 95mph, he doesn't.
Maddux's don't grow on trees able to get that movement at 92.
