yes - it’s a good step, though, for many to have some kind of small home for themselves. there’s been successful efforts for homeless, especially vets

for the non-group aspect, with conversions of cargo containers and building of small structures.
we have some locally, but my favorite is the work group jason kander has been working with for some years now. (linked)
