I’m also undiagnosed, but wfh almost immediately made it crystal clear it’s in my mix; and I’ve had to make extra efforts to work with/around it the last few years. (and ongoing wfh because leg issues and mobility are way better after last year’s badnesses but still not so good, unfortunately. part time in office is a goal.)
