I just got a dreaded 'schedule change' e-mail notification form an airline.

Flight time moved by 15 minutes.

I survived this round of schedule changes

Allie was trying to figure out how to cancel a flight, got that notification, called to cancel. The person on the phone was confused.

She got lucky if they did refund. 15 minutes changes usually aren't enough to get a refund. -- nm
