In order to portray monetary offers, I will use 10 as my last salary.
A - 100% on site, 30 minute car commute, 11.5 offer. Agency title looks sexy on CV.
B - 100% remote. First offer was 9. I said I'm sorry, I can't do that. She immediately said I'm authorized to offer 10. I said ok that's a starting point.
C - 100% onsite, 40 minute public transit commute, no solid offer, they want to talk to me more. the number dangled was 14.

Is this your last job or your next job? If it’s the one you are using to get the next one, then A. Last job, wait for C. -- nm

B or C. B for the remote option and C for the fat stacks of dough plus no driving. Public transit > driving -- nm
