No. The long range 3 and Y have about 330 miles of range on a full charge when new

It is expected that the batteries will lose a very small amount of capacity over the first couple of years.
It is suggested that you not fully charged to 100% unless you will be using the car almost immediately. The cells in the long range car do not like being held at a full charge. 80%-90% is the recommended daily charge.
