when I booked it first class cost only $30 more. I guess because it is a quick flight. So I got first class both going and coming back.
Responses:
Very nice! Wider seat, more recline, generally more comfortable. Since it's short probably no meal, but for $30 the nicer seat is a deal!

i was on a 737 to/from Austin but it was Southwest so they didn't have separate classes. i would say don't get your hopes up tho
