And I think they fly to Rockford for 'Chicago'. They don't only fly to secondary airports, but it's definitely part of their thing. -- (edited)

Generally cheaper fees to take-off/land at those types of airports, and often those airports are willing to kick in money to get a airline (any airline) to fly there.
