The scary thing is that while his joke was a joke...some of the areas outside of Charlottetown have only recently gotten "good" internet

If you have ever been to PEI, his joke is more funny because of how much PEI has come to join the rest of Canada in a very short space of time.
There are areas that litterally only 30 years ago were still very insulated.
