I rise in defense of my friend, the gentleman from Missouri, and to offer a clarification. -- (edited)

Some of us liberals also see a distinction between a zygote, a nonviable fetus, and a viable fetus. There is a spectrum of life and personhood that should be accounted for.
So, I disagree with the presumption that "it's just reproductive health." It's both-and, not either-or.
Plus, don't lump us in with the Christian Nationalist. Please. That is both lazy rhetoric and insulting. Or at least a profession of ignorance about what it means to be a person of faith -- and especially a Christian -- in modern American society.
