You make a good point. The mental state of most 75 to 79 year olds is very suspect but not all. Do we let the 1 or 2 people who could do the job

competently stay and let the other 9 or 10 stay as well who are going to literally fuck up at some point?
I don't know.
I do know that Texas Judges need to get the hell out.
