My son is moving again (within Michigan). His GF got a job in Traverse City so they're heading there all within two weeks. Still not like Chicago burb

rent but I think they're sitting around $1300 for a 1 year old facility (clubhouse, gym onsite, laundry + dishwasher in apartment). Even EV charging stations :)
