Well, there are. They just really suck now because it's the house that was a starter home in 1970. -- nm

Right. They don't build new starter homes anymore which is a contributor to less people being able to buy a home. -- nm

This all tracks with the increased age among repeat home buyers. After all, if you haven't bought a first home, you can't buy a second.
