I'm in Cumberland County. Dauphin County is odd because it has Harrisburg plus a whole lot of pretty rural area.

So even with Harrisburg city, the county trends red. Even what I would consider most of the "Harrisburg suburbs" are in Cumberland County and not Dauphin County because they're across the river.
