I guess it would also be a vote against Bezos if someone other than Blue Origin were to purchase ULA

I guess it's one of those rare money where mouth is opportunity as ULA is actual launch company (arstechnica.com)

- They've been kind of kneecapped by the delays in the Vulcan launcher which are directly tied to delays with the BE-4 from Blue Origin - JD Nov 14, 16:06 3
