Looks like Thanksgiving dinner is being cancelled this year. Not sure how I feel about it.

The family has gotten smaller over the years and it's down to my dad, my GF, me, my uncle and my two cousins. Apparently, my youngest cousin likely wasn't going to make it. No worries. My oldest cousin, who I am close with, broke her hip and is having a lot of difficulty moving around. My uncle called my dad over the weekend and said he would probably just stay with my cousin. It would just be my dad, my GF and me. Dad doesn't really think cooking is worth it for just the 3 of us, so we will just get takeout or something. I guess we will need to find some place open, or just get pizza the night before.

How about a small boneless turkey breast, stovetop stuffing, a vegetable or two, and some pumpkin pie? You can do a low key easy version. -- nm
