worst turkey dinner I ever had was at a Denny's (new franchise). The manager insisted cranberry sauce was a side and not included with the turkey (as described on the menu) and the turkey was freezer burned and re-heated on the grill - crispy round the edge. That was the only time we ate at that Denny's ;)
