part of his flowers advice. he presents himself as a “science md” - I don’t follow him, and googling just showed he has a degree in civil engineering.
“There are more hydrogen bonds in peroxide and the weaker oxygen bonds makes it more reactive so it doesn’t simply mix with h2o. That’s why you also have varying concentrations of peroxide to dilute it.”
