I went to one once. Load of nonsense. Lots of adjusting the bench then they press down and the bench makes a big noise as if they’re putting your back

into place. After the show/treatment is over, he asked how do you feel. I was like there was a lot of noise anyway. I think they rely on the placebo effect, and customers hear the loud noise of the bench after each adjustment and they think, oh something must have happened. It’s like the fake wrestlers climbing up the ropes in the corner of the ring then jumping down onto their opponent and the big bang as they hit the canvas, the crowd ooh and aah thinking the other guy got pummelled. Absolute scam.
