Remember, they went to Super Bowls and AFC title games with guys like Neil O'Donnell and Kordell Stewart. That's the type of team that gets a guy like Minshew and wins 10-11 games just because they got a lot of skill around the roster.

Shit, they're .500 this year in that division which is incredible given Kenny Pickett is garbage.
