They were chanting for Punk periodically through the night, and the match storyline was that Orton wasn't there yet.

Backstage segments the faces talk about how he's not there yet but Cody says trust him.
Judgment Day + Drew come out, and then Cody, Seth, Sami and Jey. No Orton. They go through the whole match, it's 5 vs. 4 and then the timer runs out...first Rhea's music hits and she runs out with the briefcase to try and get Priest to cash in as they had just put Rollins through a table. She's trying to give the briefcase to a ref when Orton's theme hits and the place goes nuts.
