STIS: Should I upgrade my desktop PC, or just buy a new PC?

I bought this desktop 3 years ago (almost to the day) from Best Buy. The item description was: "HP OMEN - 30L Gaming Desktop - AMD Ryzen 7-Series - 3700X - 16GB Memory - NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060 - 1TB HDD + 256GB SSD - Black."

Let me know if you need any further details, though.

I'm thinking about adding some memory and upgrading the graphics card to an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060.

But would I be better off just purchasing a new, mid-range gaming PC?
