The speed with which dealers embrace EVs is going to determine which legacy builders continue to exist and which don't.

The longer they focus the bulk of their resources on ICE the more likely it'll be they'll end up with stranded assets that they can't unload.
ICE will be a niche vehicle type and won't support very many producers.
Hopefully she can get these dealers on board before the point of no return for them.
