According to sources, an alcohol-fueled incident involving Perry was alleged to have occurred during a Blackhawks-organized corporate event that included sponsors and team employees in attendance.

"too drunk for a corporate hockey event" is a pretty amazing statement (www.dailyfaceoff.com)
