I don't really want to make my own butter. I just wanted to try this fancy French butter that I've read many times called the best butter in the world

I use Kerrygold like any good human should and it's fantastic. It has a higher fat content than most others and tastes so good.
I'm just curious to try that fancy butter. :-)
I've never heard of anyone having cows like they have horses. I'd love to meet some and I'm sure it's pretty easy as we have petting zoos in the city and dairy farms on LI and upstate.
