One of the things I remember was a discussion of pasteurized vs. unpasteurized milk. One statement that was made was which would you rather have, milk that was obtained in a clean uncontaminated way and then not pasteurized or milk that was obtained in a way so it had a lot of contaminants including literal shit and then pasteurized.
Of course the first way is way more expensive to do.
