So my new job (start tomorrow) are all on Apple laptops - they sent me a Macbook Pro. I do not like CrApple.

I had an icloud account back probably in the late 90s/early 2000s (either for my kids who had an imac, or one of the few ipods we had), and I can't reset the account.
I can reset the password (and I get an email with a different name), but I can't answer any of the security questions. Then when I try to reset the security questions, it says it doesn't have enough info to reset the security questions.
Scheduled a call last night, and the guy basically walked me through resetting my password again (and I couldn't change it to the one I had already set on my own), and then when I got to the security questions, it locked me out. He was like, "oh, you'll have to wait 8 hours then try again."
Well, I have to start tomorrow morning, so new icloud account it is for now.
(I need a cheat sheet video for how to use Apple computers, because I really don't know what a bunch of these symbols are on the control/option/command keys.)
