In response to "what's the landscape like for licensing tracks either commercially or to film/tv? does the publisher do all that with her agreement or do people reach" by hollywood big shot

The publisher works on that, though people do reach out to her directly from time to time if they're interested in working with her.

The licensing was something the publisher thought would be a real opportunity for her because her music tends to perfect for storytelling (the first song she ever recorded was in a movie), but the feedback is generally that producers like it and are interest, but want her to have more traction popularly before they commit to it. It's a catch 22 so far.
