Pretty sure that at least for restaurant workers tipping is still going to be a thing since particularly at higher end restaurants minimum wage isn't

close to what they earn in tips. I would certainly be tipping delivery drivers less than I had been though. I've been struggling with what to do with wait staff moving forward as Chicago is moving towards eliminating the difference for tipped minimum wage from normal minimum wage (law passed, but is phased in over time). I would love to see restaurants build in just a fair wage (higher end restaurants could pay higher amounts) with tipping eliminated. It's just gotten so complicated.
