I did that for about 6 months 2019-2020. This is great for the delivery people. I did grocery and probably 30% didn't tip.

And the payout per order was terrible.
I'm still in the local fb group and see the batching so this seems great for them, not so great for the consumer.
That guaranteed wage going to have to come from somewhere.
