Wilson is terrible. His qb rating is worse than any qualified current nfl player. (Gabbert is just ahead of him)

He’s shown next to no improvement through 3 years and he’s devoid of leadership abilities. He might have gotten a QB whisperer to hook him up but to actively turn down the job - you can’t cure quit.
